Headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida,
our lab works on service-oriented innovation and its impact on new
technology waves around the Web. The goal of this lab since its inception
back in 1998 has always focused on the concept of Software as a Service and its biyearly projects reflect that
goal.
QoS Labs has executed many
agreements with leading technology companies and has made large investments
in hardware, software, HR and training for its lab projects in the past. Every
lab milestone has helped to craft the company’s vision for a
knowledge-oriented Web. Through multi-disciplinary projects, QoS Labs has worked
on diverse implementations of service-oriented components and solutions, learning
about technology platforms commonly used in the market and providing
feedback to its R&D team for the company’s long-term objectives.

Labs’ knowledgebase, reference frameworks, methodologies and best practices
are aligned under the goal of modeling and implementing SaaS
applications that interact easier and better not only with standards,
existing systems and heterogeneous sources of information, but also with
end users communicating in their own language.
All projects at the lab
work under a 360-degree vision of service and knowledge orientation, which
opens a wider scope of how SaaS is typically
understood in the market. The technology developed by the company is
thoroughly tested using proprietary and third-party advanced QA tools, and
implementing actual use cases in the market for
proof of concept.
