History

QoS Labs, LLC started operations as a Delaware corporation at the end of 1998 in Boca Raton, Florida, focusing on integration and management of digital services based on the concept of Software as a Service (SaaS) delivered over Internet infrastructures. Targeting early-adopters, QoS Labs’ vision to promote better ways how to create digital services has been devoted not only to the U.S. market but also to understanding international enterprise requirements.

Lab projects were organized in two-year phases, building a knowledge base for a new service development paradigm as a long-term goal. QoS Labs’ R&D strategy has always focused on creating and refining a service-oriented reference framework as part of this paradigm. The company developed key enabling digital services under this framework to render software applications under the same control and quality conditions that telecom services are delivered by carriers over Internet infrastructures.
